1. Complete your business details
Open Settings → General and add your business name, address, state and GSTIN (if registered). These appear on quotations and invoices.
2. Add your logo
In Settings → Branding, upload a PNG or JPG logo and choose your accent colour.
3. Choose your modules
Settings → Modules lists everything your plan includes. Switch off what you do not need — menus stay clean.
4. Bring in your customers and products
Use Import on the Customers or Products page to upload a CSV file. Coopernut shows which rows were imported and why any were skipped.
5. Invite your team
Open Team, invite people by email and give each person a role. Owners can adjust what each role is allowed to do.

Create a quotation, then use Send or Send on WhatsApp. Your customer can open it from the link and accept it online.
