Products
Add products with SKU, unit, prices, tax rate and a minimum stock level. Each product can have a barcode.
Stock movements
Every change — purchase, sale, adjustment, transfer — is recorded in the stock ledger with who did it and why. Stock is never edited silently.
Locations
On plans with advanced inventory you can track stock by location, batch or serial number and move stock between locations.
Stock counts
Start a count, scan or type counted quantities, review the differences and post the adjustment.
Low-stock alerts
When stock falls below the minimum level, the people responsible are notified.
