Create quotations and invoices

From quotation to accepted order to invoice and payment.

Updated 12 Oct 2026 · 1 min read

Creating a quotation

Open Quotations → New, pick the customer, add items (from your product list or typed in), set discounts and tax rates, and save.

Sending it

Use Send to email it or Send on WhatsApp to share the secure link. The customer can view, download a PDF, and accept or decline. You can see when it was first viewed.

Converting

An accepted quotation can become an invoice — and, if you use projects, a project with tasks — in one click.

Invoices and payments

Issue the invoice to give it its number. Record full or partial payments (UPI, bank transfer, cash and more). Overdue reminders can go out automatically from Settings → Documents.

Your UPI QR on invoices

Add your own UPI ID in Settings → Documents to print a QR code on invoices so customers can pay you directly. Always scan it once yourself to check the name shown.
